The quality of the completed works was admirable and whilst I’d recommend on this basis the lack of communication and want for payment prior to completion of work is a massive turn off. The work team will turn up or deliver without any notice and just commence work without notification. For my elderly mother this was terrifying for her; as a mother to an autistic child, it created a lot of distress for all. When asked to communicate the team leader would just glare and yell “I’m not the boss!” and walk off … the boss is his father. Basic customer service and care made the engagement terrible.
Quality work, but be warned about the zero customer service, communication and arrogance attitude.
