What a fantastic company! Incredibly professional and helpful, excellent service. We changed to them after having a very bad experience with a property management and the differences are amazing. I'm totally relaxed and know our investment property is being well managed and looked after. I don't feel the need to chase them up at all, but if I ever do want to chat about anything I can send an email and I will always get a call back that day. Daniel our agent was efficient and thorough, after a quick viewing of my property he was able to tell me what needed to be done to make the property safe (to avoid potential litigation) and to their standards, he also suggested some very low cost ways we could improve the property to make it more appealing. He is honest and direct reliable and committed. I believe he earned every cent of what he gets payed! I would recommend this company to anyone.
