Having purchased many tickets via ticketek, it only reaches satisfactory level for me. They only accept cash at counter and take their time processing your order. Your best bet is probably to order through the internet but there is probably an extra fee on top of the ticket cost and booking cost.
Sometimes hard to get tickets, or website can be slow due to lots of traffic. No longer have the option of picking them up for free - have to now pay for mail.
A very unfortunate experience recently where I have purchased tickets to a show but alas the tickets four weeks on have not arrived. I can only assume they have been lost in the mail and I now have to deal with organising a 'lost ticket voucher' for something that is completely not my fault.
Very unimpressed as I was not offered the option of registered post for my tickets when ordering over the phone. And as it is the first (and surely last) time I have purchased tickets over the phone I was not aware to ask for it.
Tickets are expensive, customer service though polite are unable to offer any other solution than for me to be further inconvenienced by the inadequacy of their own system. I am REALLY annoyed and will never book tickets over the phone through Ticketek again.
I have been using Australia Post my whole life and have never had anything lost in the mail, if Ticketek cannot assure the safe arrival of tickets then registered post should be the standard. Not happy.

The most convenient way is to book your ticket online and print it your 'ezyticket' at home. There will be NO booking fee, just a slight credit card fee.
