I go to Three Monkey's all the time, I am surprised at the above review. I find it to be vibrant. They always play awesome music, mostly reggae. I love the relaxed vibe-but maybe its not everyones cup of tea. I've spent almost every saturday there for weeks, the breakfast is awesome, and I love having a cocktail menu handed to me first thing in the morning. The staff are always very friendly and attentive - if you are into generic- this is not the place for you- its vintage- its street-art- its groovy baby!
Trashy/grunge style place, typical of Chapel st nowadays. Never seen this place crowded! Been there a few times and it just lacked energy. Two girls run the joint day and night. I hear they're always looking for new staff, can't seem to keep em, wonder why?
