I found Allan Thornton exceptionally professional offering Excellence in Customer Service above the rest! Reasonable pricing, a quick turn around. Allan kept in touch with regards to the progress of repairs. I would highly recommend Allan and Thornton IT to individuals and/or businesses in IT services.
Allan is very professional and knowledgeable. I have used Allan for a couple of years now and he is always prompt and will go out of his way to ensure the service he provides is excellent.

I was so very pleased that Allan Thornton could quickly provide technical support remotely to effectively deal with malicious software (probably spyware) that had taken my computer.

Thornton IT provide a first class service. Our family have used Thornton 3 times now for a range of services from software problems, network set up and we even purchased a new PC from them which was perfectly tailored to our needs. Friendly helpful service and support with no pressure or up-selling, everything you need, nothing you don't need. We could not recommend them highly enough.

Fast, efficient, and even excused this old woman who didn't realise she was writing to him late on Sunday night. I would still be chasing my tail buying unnecessary hardware. Would recommend to anyone!!!
