The Truffle Store

This site (and it's parent site www.thegourmet grocer.com.au) might have gorgeous products, but their customer service sadly isn’t. I received a shipping notification for my order, then discovered it wasn't shipped until 5 days later & I received no acknowlegement about a complaint email. I was contacted after submitting another message through their website today, and the response was "There is no office and there is nobody to answer a phone as this is a part time hard to find speciality business not Woolworths. Your order left last week and was within our terms and condition also it has been delivered to the recipient" Charming.... NOT... Don't waste your time with this business - there are plenty of other business who stock the same products and many other places to buy truffles.
