Spoke to Richard at 11pm when my washing machine had leaked water all over my rental carpets including the bedroom, and part of the living room. He was there the next day to check out the rooms, brought in dryers not long after, assisted with moving furniture and the entire time made me feel that everything was going to be ok.
This is the team in Melbourne, the one and only brilliant Squeaky Clean Team!

We hire them to steam clean carpet for 3 rooms. They arrive on time and did it within the time frame as promised. They provide approximate quote over the phone and reconfirmed after measuring the rooms on arrival. We are happy with their service.
These guys cane in to do a 95 sq mt office and we so fast, it was a worry. Not only did the office absolutely stink for 3 days after, we now are struggling to get our bond back due to the carpets not being cleaned properly. Very disappointing.
Approximate cost: $350.
They add on $20 for walking up stairs, surley that is part of the job! If this is the charge, this is fine but the company need to be upfront and honest about additional charges! It feels like they are just looking for excuses to get more money out of you.

My house got flooded, so I ended up ringing in the middle of the night. The guy answered was pretty rude (maybe because I wake him up). I asked for a price, he gave me some indicative price, but he refused to give me a firm price (it was $75/fan blower/day if I remember right.) Saying my underlay may need to be replace and etc. Before I had a chance to talk to my partner, he already told me he booked me in. So I said to him that I need to talk to my partner and think about it. The next thing you know, he gave me an ear full about what I need to think over for.
I know water damage is an urgent job, but I still feel people should be given the option to get a couple of quotes. I ended up going with the other company (Budget Total Cleaning and Restoration) because they gave me a firm price and was courteous on the phone. The carpet took longer to dry because of the type of underlay. If I went with this company, I would be charged more than $1000. Only paid about half as much to Budget Total Cleaning and Restoration.
Since I only called for a quote, can't comment on their service. Just want to share my experience and in my case getting couple of quotes paid off.
In the Floods last February we had our hose inundated on the Friday night and our office submerged on Saturday. These guys came in and helped move all the furnishings out and into storage. they lifted the carpet and dried it out and even arranged for a carpet layer to come and relay it once dry. They even helped with the insurance claim.
Fantastic job by these cleaners. Great advice and very reasonable prices, come back! Will definitely hire again
fantastic advice over the phone regarding my flood situation and cleanup. Truthfully told me I didnt need to bother cleaning my concrete floors before the carpets come!

I had flooded carpet from a washing machine malfunction. My hall resembled a river and was most distressing. I rang the Squeaky Clean Team at 5.00 am and they answered straight away. As promised they had a team member to my home by 6.15 am!!!
The job performed was fabulous and without doubt have me thousands on the cost of carpet replacement. Great service great job
