Recently I have had a sand change, and they did an excellent job. The service technician worked efficiently, and was a really genuine bloke. Also updated me on the condition of my equipment and how long until I would need to replace things. Office staff also made it simple to book, and came out within a short time of inquiring.

An incredibly disappointing experience at The Poolstore. They have previously serviced our pool prior to us purchasing the house so naturally we planned to continue using them. Unfortunately I have unsuccessfully spent the past few weeks trying to arrange the replacement of our pool filter and chlorinator system (big $$$!) with countless phone calls were not returned. Finally we went into the store on Saturday and spoke with a gentleman to arrange what we needed done (approx. $3k worth of equipment was agreed on). I spoke again to the same gentleman on Monday to arrange the install for Thursday. All confirmed for 8am on Thursday and the gentleman noted an owing invoice on our account that would be credited in the install work. Note that the owing invoice was attempted to be fixed up in unreturned phone calls. Come 8:45am on Thursday and no sign of installer. Call the shop to query where the installer was only to be told we were not booked in. The attitude I received from the woman was rude and unhelpful, quote ‘how have we stuffed you around?’. The gentleman that we dealt with on Saturday and Monday seemed lovely but the rest of the team have been only rude, unhelpful and disorganised. How ridiculous that I have to chase to spend money at their store! If there was an issue with my scheduled install, why not call? Customer Service = Fail!

Called on a Sunday and then Jim turned up first thing Monday morning. He was great to deal with. They had to take away my pump but had it fixed and reinstalled on the Wednesday - even though the Tuesday was a public holiday. Great business to deal with. Had received quotes from other companies and they were by far the cheapest. Thanks for the prompt service

This business is in the process of being taken over by new management and the new owner is a really personable guy who knows his stuff. There is a heap of onsite parking, and they will load all your chemicals straight into the boot of your car for you.

Tony from Gold Medallion Pool Service came out and fixed our Pool 24 hours after I called them for assistance, we now have a pool that stays balanced and equipment that works . We had been using another Pool service company that were only interested in selling Chemical and no fixing the problem. Gold Medallion offer good old fashion service that others don't bother. Thanks Gold Medallion for all your help I wont go anywhere else

had water sample taken of new pool and water balanced with chemicals. new pool cleaner assembled and demonstration carried out. had one on one teachings on how to work equipment, solve basic pool problems and received tips on how to minimise cost of running a pool
