Just came across this review and was really surprised to read what was written. I'm really grateful for Courtney bringing my gross green pool back to life. I've been using The Pool Shop for about 3 years now after having inherited a pool with my new house. Knowing nothing about pool maintenance, I gave The Pool Shop a call and found them to be really patient with me. Courtney put together a maintenance schedule and they've looked after the pool ever since – chemical orders, cleaning, pump work, the lot. the concrete had some staining in those early days, too and Courtney did a check and suggested an acid wash, which seemed like a bit of a hassle but ended up working a treat. The staff at the store have always been great to me and always put up with my annoying questions about pool things I knew nothing about…. so wanted to include my 'two cents worth' here. I'll keep using them and recommending them.
Wow the owner of this business is incompetent. He looked at my pool and doubled the litres of what it actually is. sold me massive of chemicals, which effected my skin. Rang manufacturer's to discover the real litres. Then we watched incredible rude service to a client, all because he tried to get more work and the young girl asked they put everything back together~ Courtney would not admit there was a mistake made on his part, just kept being condesending.
