The Physio Centre

I have been seeing Meghan for several years now for both physio treatment and also clinical pilates. She is knowledgable, professional and caring and thinks outside the square when treating, especially for someone who has a very unique body which does exactly the opposite of what a 'normal' body should do! The service at The Physio Centre is excellent and they are always friendly and welcoming. I'd recommend Meghan to everyone who needs a great physio!

My undiagnosed shoulder problem finally has a name and i am subsequently on the road to recovery. Drew is very professional, very thorough and has left me no doubt in my mind that he is the best physio I have encountered. He was quick at picking up the problem and started appropriate treatment immediately, and I am finally pain free and a whole lot happier! All in all an excellent service, I only wish I'd found him sooner!

I initially started clinical pilates with Meghan as a way to help strengthen my back following an injury at work, and continued to see Meghan during my pregnancies. She caters all exercises to the individual and your circumstances. I have also seen her for physiotherapy - she has a great knowledge of the body, is caring and enthusiastic. I highly recommend her for both pilates and physio treatments.

For the past 30 years, I have suffered from lower back pain. It was through Drew's care and attention that helped me get over this chronic pain. Today, I do not have any back pain. More recently I had a frozen shoulder. I had cortisone injections as well as an operation. Both of these failed, but Drew managed to get my shoulder moving again with full rotation. In the years past, I have seen many doctors and specialists, however I think Drew is gifted, knowledgeable and really cares about his clients. I am really glad I came across him and I would highly recommend him to anyone out there who is in pain.

I'd recommend the physio's and the pilates classes at the Physio Centre to anyone, I have found them to be highly professional, very knowledgeable, caring and interested in the total wellbeing of their patients. The pilates sessions are designed to help the individual and I have benefited greatly from these individual and group classes.
