It's within walking distance of the Gabba. Great atmosphere but a bit pricey since they had to rebuild after the fire and you still have to colect your own meals. Beautiful steaks but the other dishes on offer are nice, too.

Approximate cost: $40

Dinner here can be a bit exxy. But once you see your dinner you forget all about the price tag... YUM. I always come here for special occasions or when I get that 'I need a steak' feeling... Great big portions and lots of kids options too.

Approximate cost: $30-40

When holidaying in Queensland we usually stay at the Kangaroo Point Holiday apartments which is about a 3/4km walk to Normans Hotel. After the walk a nice glass or two of beer is in order and we have this in the beer garden. Then we amble round to the steak house for lunch, and wow. The area opens out to a spacious area with lots of tables and chairs. a bar and the kitchen facility. The dining here is an experience with the atmosphere and aromas of a steak house. The meal although a tad expensive is well worth it, steak or schnitzel, the potatoes cut in four and garnished with bacon pieces then wrapped in foil is an added treat. A nice bottle of wine and settle back and enjoy. Why can't we have experiences like this back in Adelaide, maybe someone will get the idea soon. Great atmosphere, great pub and great food. We will be back if and when we are in Queensland again.

Best steak so far in Brsibane. Rump is big enough for 2 people and all the steak comes with nice potato, salad and bread. During the weekend, it is waste of time going there unless you have booked for a seat.

Approximate cost: $35

Long term customer and although I have noticed that particularly in the last 10 years the prices have risen somewhat they really do do a great steak. Dont be afraid to ask for sour cream on your potato rather than bacon bits the staff are happy to accomodate. I love to start off with oysters Killpatrick. Kids meals are a good variety and I think well priced. The new extension gives you an air conditioned option if thats your thing. Great place for a group of friends/family to get together. Perfect for a celebration or special dinner but getting pricey for an every week event.

Approximate cost: $40

This is my favourite steak place in Brisbane. The size of the meals are great and the quality of food is always the best. Totally recommend to everyone to try it.

Go there quite often - best pub steaks in Brisbane - new renovations after the fire are great. It is outdoor dining and a great place to take friends and family for a relaxed casual meal - you will not be disappointed - make sure to book for Fridays & weekends.

Approximate cost: $28

If you are into big chunks of red meat than this is the place for you - no vegies wanted here! Can you choose from 9 different steaks - T-bone, eye fillet, or the Big Norman rump. You have a choice of sauces too. If you don't eat steak, try the chicken or pork. You eat in a busy beer garden style atmosphere.

Approximate cost: $30.00
