I was pleased to find the nappies I wanted on sale at The Nappy Bucket, so picked up two to try. My parcel was shipped in good time, and Samantha went to the trouble of emailing me regarding care instructions, as she had not been able to print them for me that day. The extra effort was appreciated.

Sam was friendly and incredibly helpful in answering my (many!) queries with a comprehensive knowledge of the products she sells. She was helped me to work through choosing the type of nappy most suitable for our baby. My emails were responded to promptly and the items I ordered were posted quickly. I purchased a few cloth nappies from Nappy Bucket and received them in post very quickly which I was not expecting since I live in remote NT. I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Samantha and how quickly, reasonable and professional everything was sorted out.

As a first time Mum, I didnt know how many nappies I would require or what sort would suit my needs. The Nappy Bucket has such a great range of modern cloth nappies it was hard to know which to choose. To start with Sam suggested a selection of nappies for me to buy and try and then once my baby was born, I was able to purchase more of the ones that suited us the best. Sam was great. She was happy to answer all my questions and make suggestions. Living in a wetter, cooler climate, it was good to have a selection of inserts as some were easier to dry than others, particularly when the weather was wet and they had to be dried on a clothes airer. The purchase of the nappy sprayer was fantastic. A quick rinse of the nappy before a wash helps remove the stains. The sprayer was very easy to attach to the toilet and the price was extremely comparable with other products or purchasing parts and assembly ourselves, which would have just been a hassle. The quick service was fabulous. I spoke to Sam one day, the order was shipped the next day and arrived in rural Victoria from Townsville in 2 days, delivered to the door. I had expected that the cost to set up with enough nappies would have been a lot higher than it was. I cant really understand why people would use disposable nappies. Happy to be helping the environment and saving money!

I love this online baby store. They have a fantastic range of nappies and accessories at great prices. I bought a stash of prefolds and some snappis for my newborn. Fast delivery. Good information about how to care for and prepare your nappies for first use as well.
