A few friends and I had permanent eyeliner and lip liner tattooed by Anne the salon owner and she is just wonderful at this, very patient and thorough. We all love our new look and could not recommend her highly enough. I had eyeliner done before by another practitioner 10 years ago and this experience excelled that by far. Her prices are the lowest around.
Approximate cost: $approx $300 for top and bottom eyeliner
