Went with Gutter and Roof repairs to fix some rusty gutter before roof being painted, Jason quoted and seem to be a well run family owned business. Unfortunately after the install when I returned from work one of the new gutters had obvious dings in it and was fitted sub-standard in the corners. Talked to Jason who did not attend the job and he sent out another tradie who new what he was doing to look at it and they replaced about 6m of gutter a few weeks later. First rain the gutter leaked and made a call to the Gutter and Roof team, after not hearing anything for 4-5 days got a ladder and siliconed the gutter myself and noticed another fault with how the gutter is joined. Made the decision not to get Gutter and Roof back or have them paint the roof. Emailed Gutter and Roof explaining my poor experience and that I could not take any further risk with their business, did not hear back which has been the norm. It looks like they are too busy and while Jason knows what he is doing I did not see him on my job or after issues experienced which is disappointing.
