My partner and I have had a few meals here and have been happy and impressed with the meals, the service and the staff. They were happy to change and ingredient to a meal I requested without any fuss. The peppered squid was tender, not oily and just delicious!
I had a reunion there recently and there were fifteen for lunch. We were all most impressed with the service and the quality of the food. My steak was perfectly cooked and the salad and chips were great. Very enjoyable

This hotel has been renovated fairly recently and I have to say it looks fabulous. We loved the presentation of the food, as well as how it tasted of course. The service was fabulous, very friendly and helpful with suggestions as we were having some difficulty deciding as everything looked/sounded fantastic.
On our most recent visit here my husband and I tried the Grazing Platter for starters, it contained so much I wasn't sure if I could fit in my main meal. My husband ordered the "Massive" porterhouse steak with a pepper gravy, he said it was awesome. The desserts looked so delicious but we really couldn't fit anything else in. Will have to try next time.
We were very impressed with the standard of food and service, we will certainly be returning.

I went with 5 other ladies for dinner on a Saturday night. The service was amazing!!! The waitress serving us was exceptional - friendly, helpful without being pushy, and bright and bubbly. In fact all the staff there were exceptional. The food was really yummy too. The servings weren't massive but there was plenty to satisfy.

This hotel has recently been renovated to a great standard. So different from how it was many years ago. On a par with the other hotels done by ex Adelaide Crows players. The bistro area is great and it has a very good menu to choose from. My fish of the day was lovely. lIt has a great feel about it and I look forward to returning soon
Came here for an end of year Christmas work lunch for 40+ people. The room was set up immaculately with great service from the staff. Food took longer than expected to come out, but the mains and dessert absolutely delicious. The balcony was also a very nice touch.
hackney hotel is a nice place for private function. I went there before =)
