Delivered a washing machine that my elderly parents purchased and paid the 72.00 install fee and just left it in the hall way .

Not interested in refunding the installation fee..

After my washing machine dying overnight I had to make a mercy dash to get a new one and Rob at The Good Guys was wonderful, best service, best prices and generally a lovely guy. They have plenty of deals on at the moment for all types of things. Delivery costs were super cheap and they also offer a service to take my old machine away. Thank you for an easy enjoyable purchase. Very good product knowledge and I was given a quick run through of all the features the machine offers.

Always the best on price! Sometimes very busy and there is not enough staff to cater to everyone. However, if you're willing to wait you'll always be satisfied. Also, has great warranty service. Like to keep customer happy. They succeeded with this one!

We had to buy a Freezer and an under bench oven recently and we had fantastic. If you are a VIP customer and shop on there special night I had a wine tasting and received a Bag of fantastic Darrell Lea sweets & Chocolates.

Every time walk in there to buy a small appliance it seems the staff just don't want to help you. Very hard to get served. The only good salesman there who would take the time to serve you was the guy that called himself the big fella who I bought my fridge off but I believe he is no longer there. Now that he is gone I wont be coming back.

We have bought a few appliances from this store and have found the sales people to be very well informed about what they are selling. They are also not afraid to spend a bit of time describing the various features and comparisons with other products. They are also very friendly and genuine. We have found the advertised prices to be the best available, and we usually get a discount on these by asking.

they always give good cash discounts and also will bring their prices down to other competitors price. Staff are friendly, helpful with informing you on products that are better suited to your needs at a great price.

After searching several of their competitors it was the personal service and obvious knowledge of the Tech Zone staff that made my recent purchasing easy and was done with confidence.
