Great service, friendly people, and not to mention GREAT CUPCAKES!!!!
You can't go past The Cupcake Queens.

This is the 2nd time I've used them for a function and they are nothing but friendly and helpful. But most of all the cupcakes and cake pops taste amazing. Very hard to stop yourself at one.

We ordered a giant red velvet cupcake and an additional box of daily favourites - it was amazing and a big hit with our work team! We decided to collect the order as delivery was a bit expensive for a 3km journey - the only downpoint to an otherwise great service experience. Thank you!

Good and reliable service. Food quality was delicious with a nice decoration for any occasion. Good customer response tracking the order and keep in touch about pre and post delivery.

Top service. These guys really pulled through for me at the last minute and managed to work out a card and the correct delivery address despite me providing all the wrong information. Heroes. Plus the cakes look and taste amazing.

I am in New Zealand and found these guys by chance online. WOW I am so glad I did. With a brother living in Melbourne its lovely to be able to send birthday or "cheer up" cupcakes at any time. These guys ALWAYS do the right thing and always get them delivered on time for me!!. I also sent them to a hotel to some clients for a birthday. They were SOOO impressed with them AND ME!! so thanks Cupcake Queens for making me look good!! you guys are awesome.

Cupcake Queens offer an outstanding service where nothing seems to be too much trouble. We ordered the cupcakes from 10,000 miles away in the UK for our son. Cupcake Queens took the time to understand what we required, checked the details of our order and reassured us that everything would be delivered on time and as requested. Sure enough everything happened perfectly, and the cupcakes themselves were outstanding. Thank you Cupcake Queens.

The Cupcake Queens is definately a great place to go for afternoon tea or to just relax and have a coffee and a cake with family. I could not believe it was only $3 for a coffee and that there was no extra charge for soy milk. I would definately recommend The Cupcakes Queens to anyone!

I usually frequent the Williamstown store, but recently stopped in to the Moonee Ponds store while I was in the area. I am a big fan of the Cupcake Queens, the more stores they open the better! Nadia at the store is very helpful. Such a great place to take the kids for morning tea or an after school treat! The store is very kid friendly and welcoming. The cupcakes are delicious!
