Came here today for lunch for my husbands 66th birthday. Had the seafood platter, excellent! A big thanks to Aidan, the barman for making our day special,!

What more can I say besides yum yum yum yum. It's definitely delicious and well priced. Great for functions birthdays or just a night out

I thoroughly enjoy coming to The Cornerstone. Its my local, my friends and I come here all the time. The food is always great and reasonably priced for the serving size. The bar is always buzzing especially on Thursday & Friday nights. Love coming here.

Perfect little pub right close to home. Staff are brill and friendly, always kind and chatty. Food is amazing for the price you are paying, large variety of meals, can take the whole family and everyone can find what their looking for. Can't complain, i have been a very happy customer for over a year now and they continue to impress. Well done!

I came here Friday night with my family for a quick bite before heading home after the cinemas. We arrived about 7:50 and were greeted with a full restaurant. The lady that seated us told us there would be a small wait on food and that the kitchen would do its best to make that wait as small as possible. The woman took us to our table and explained about the drink and meal specials available that night. She was extremely friendly and my kids loved her! Drinks arrived within 5 minutes and when it came to ordering our meals the waitress assured us that the kids meals would be out ASAP. In other venues that we have dined at, a wait on food always results in us sat in boredom, glasses as empty as our grumbly tums. However we were pleasantly surprised; our waitress checked up on us, chatting and reassuring that our meals wouldn't be long, and checking if we'd like anything else to drink. The 'wait' was no longer than 25 minutes (which, in my household is barely a wait at all!) and was barely noticed by myself or the kids. My husband had the ribs and I the chicken royale. Could not fault the chefs! The food was outstanding! Portions were extremely good value for money and tasted exquisite. What was supposed to be a nice meal to end our day became the highlight of our night. Absolutely coming back again soon (maybe without the kids to try out the bar area as-well!)

My boyfriend and i decided to go out for dinner late last night. We have dined at the Cornerstone previously and thought it would be perfect for a quick bite to eat. Upon arrival we were greeted within 30 seconds and seated straight away. We could see the restaurant was quite busy as it was around 7.30. The women in charge was really lovely and friendly and told us the specials for the night as well as taking our drinks. The drinks were brought to the table within 3 minutes and our meal order was taken. I opted for the seafood marina and my partner choose the rib special. The evening was great and our meals were delivered within 20 minutes. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and thought the meal had a great quality of seafood, with other places i have ate then tend to be very reserved on the amount of seafood within the meal, this was not the case. My partner loved the ribs and didn't leave a bite on his plate at all (apart from the bones). The waitress dealing with us was kind and sweet. We had a great spontaneous night out and thank the Cornerstone for catering for us.

We had lunch here the other day the food was amazing, huge portion sizes and so reasonably priced, you can get a glass of wine for under $8!! Incredible! The staff were very friendly and accommodating as I'm gluteb intolerant. Will definitely return soon!

My husband and I dined here on thursday night. We were seated by a lovely lady who talked us through the specials and offered us drinks. Drinks arrived promptly then we ordered our food, again the meals were out within 15mins and we couldn't fault anything my husband had the rump and ribs and I had the chicken royale the meals looked amazing and tasted even better. The service was flawless nothing was to much for our waitress. After dinner we went through to the bar and enjoyed a sing on the karaoke great night all round thank you and we'll see you soon

Had my first go at the Cornerstone and I have to say, what a delight. Service was great and so was the food. I think we found our next date night and looking forward to tasting the rest of your choice meals. Great experience all together. Ps. Thank you to the little Manchester girl for looking after us.

My partner and i dined at the cornerstone on Sunday night. It was very busy night filled with a mixed crowd. Loads of Young Families. The Menu had loads to choose from, and plenty of options for my fussy 4 + 7 year old.
Our food came out pretty quick. the food was lovely.
the Bill only came to $68 for all of us, which was fantastic.Would recommend and dine again. Thank you cornerstone

had a nice dinner with my daughter. love how her meal came out first so that she was occupied and wasn't going to get restless. the kids activity packs are a great idea especially if your going out in a big group keeps the kids happy. great price's for what you get will be coming again soon :)

It was my friends birthday this week so a few of the girls got together for some dinner and drinks at The cornerstone Ale House. We had dinner in the restaurant first, the food was amazing and such good value for the price!The desserts were awesome as well.....I would recommend the death by chocolate!! The service was great, the staff were friendly, attentive and really looked after us. After dinner we went through to the bar where there was a DJ who was great and we spent the night in there having some drinks. The bar had a great atmosphere and was very comfortable with its various seating areas. I would definitely recommend The Cornerstone Ale House for a lovely night out. Although I went with friends it would be great for families as well. Thank you to everyone at the Cornerstone Ale House for making our night so special!!We will definitely be back!

For a fairly new Ale house, this place is great for a night out.. or a casual afternoon. my partner and myself go here on a regular basis for a nice meal together.. and a refreshing, tasty drink or two. nice, relaxed friendly atmosphere every time!

I've just moved into Butler with the wife and decided we'd give dinner a shot at the local pub. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and food. The staff were cheerful, friendly and catered to your needs with a smile.
I had a "Chicken Portuguese" and my wife had the Lamb Shank, the food was of a very high standard for a pub, the presentation and taste of dishes you'd expect to find at an expensive place in the city.

Good selection of wines, beers and spirits for all drinkers makes for very happy new locals, will be back for dinner tonight!

I visited the cornerstone with my wife and son this week as a friend of ours recommended it. We went on a Tuesday night (rib night) the food was gorgeous and very good value for money. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Decided to try the Cornerstone with a group of friends as we had heard about their new menu. We all had a really great time. Service was good, food was absolutely delightful. I thoroughly enjoyed the Peri-peri chicken and my friends all enjoyed their meals too. Really nice place, would defineatly reccomend it.

We went to the cornerstone as we heard that they had a new menu. I must say i was very suprised with the over all price, service and quality of food. We live close by, i highly suggest this venue to everyone.

I went to the CornerStone Ale House for lunch on Sat, with a few friends.As you walk in it is appealing to the eye. The pints were spot on, the food was good.
But most of all the staff were friendy and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Do yourself a favour go for a drink or a meal.

Great vibe on a Thursday night Karaoke , With a group of us coming down most Thursday night as its always a great laugh , i'm surprised of the amount of talent that get up on stage down there. I would highly recommend for a great way to start the weekend of early. Thursday night is also Seafood night with grilled snapper, creamy garlic prawns , salt and pepper squid and salad huge meal for $21.

WOW yet another Excellent night at The Cornerstone tonight with the Tina Turner tribute show, I haven't dance like that for years , Was such a great atmosphere, super friendly staff , even had a little win with a $50 bar card for best dressed, i look forward to the next tribute night.

..A pub with an impressive beer selection , great food and friendly staff Friday nights at the cornerstone are always funny with a live band every week me and the girls love heading down here for a laugh and get our groove on the dance floor.

Amazing food, fantastic atmosphere, attentive staff. Never disappointed!! Great way to spend an evening with friends over food then moving across to the bar where there have a live band every weekend.

What can I say , fantastic ! Service at The Cornerstone more than matches the food; our waiter is friendly, knowledgeable & very efficient, she made the evening that much h more enjoyable. Fantastic range of beers at reasonable price, we have eaten here to many time to count.

I've only just moved here over from Queensland. But the locals tell me it's an awesome place to be during the afternoon for a few beers, or also for a Sunday session to finish off your weekend. While I didn't spend any time here during the day, The small yet spacious outdoor beer garden/smoking area is perfect and inside is a decent modern styled bar and lounge and then on the other side of the bar is a restaurant with table service and all, I was quite impressed by the way it was set out. While I was there around 9.30pm on Saturday, we had dinner first-which was awesome! We swapped sides after dinner and the bar was pretty busy however wait times weren't too bad as the place was adequately staffed. The only worry for me was the fact that there was heaps of people packing in and with a full dance floor! However I get the feeling the place and staff can handle the load! It was a great night out for me since I'm new to town

Very happy with our meals from Cornerstone. We went in early Saturday night, the service was great (they even accommodated and made room for our baby sleeping in the pram). My wife had the scotch steak which she loved. I had the Buffalo Ribs which was great but it needed a bit more sauce with it. We would go back again.

We've eaten at the Cornerstone twice this week and both times were very happy with our meals. The staff were attentive and cheery and weren't afraid to have a conversation with us. Had a refreshing, easygoing and relaxed feel. The food was delicious, and the prices are pretty good for what you get- definitely generous servings! Will try and go back again before we leave!

Nice local pub, food is generous and has the usual pub menu. The outlook is really nice, overlooking the park/lake. Its very roomy inside so kids can walk/crawl around.
