The Cafe

Will be back again, thanks for the great coffee! I also had a really nice sandwich. Can get busy, but the service was great so that didn't really matter.

Popped in here to grab the kids a couple of milkshakes as had an appt nearby. Apparently this tiny cafe has been open seven months however my initial impression was the place is very spartan with minimal decor and the wall mounted TV was exceedingly loud! No prices or product options displayed and the lady serving seemed a bit vague repeating my order of one chocolate, one vanilla milkshake incorrectly. Felt like an eternity for the shakes to be prepared in a bench top blender (8 minutes infact!) and they were then served in small four inch high clear takeaway cups for which she then said attempted to charge me $10!! "$10!!!" I exclaimed, "..for that size!!.." she then said "...ok $6 then.." which I paid. Kids said the shakes had too much syrup and were less than average. Nothing to tempt us back here again.
