The carrots here are always much better quality than supermarkets. We shop the cheap fruit deals which means alot of savings. Staff are friendly and helpful.
While the prices are not to bad. The products leave a bit to be desired.
I have found you need to sort through the range of products to find some good.

You'll need to pick up your game big orange if you wish to continue to get good customers coming back.

Remember the Big Orange from many years ago. In February we were attending a celebration and the fruit and veg around Brisbane was pretty old looking and PRICEY. So we went out to Gatton. Thank you Chloe & Justin, we purchased over $300.00 worth of produce they were of the best quality and we also received a discount. The Celebration was fantastic. Thankyou Big Orange the customer service was excellent. THUMBS UP. I will definitely drive there again.

Stopped here on the way home from Toowoomba, and was expecting to purchase fresh local product. Instead we bought fruit and veggies that were old and tasteless.
Like a previous reviewer, we bought pumpkin which went off very quickly and had to throw it out. We were expecting the strawberries we bought to be sweet and flavoursome but were tasteless.
Pricewise, it was a little cheaper than our local fruit barn, but the quality certainly wasn't there.
Buy our fruit and veg here every fortnight.
Great prices, great product. Sometimes have to pick through for the good stuff, but what do you expect for 59cents per kilo?
What a let down after passing all the signs,we were heading back to Emerald so thought a great spot to stock up with FRESH fruit/veg.We were over charge twice,yes oranges are different to grapefruit that was $4 difference and wrong price on potatoes,new is not brushed.Didn't realize till we were too far up highway .Threw out pumpkin as it was rotten and several of the potatoes.Blood plums juicy but no flavour.the eggs certainly were not large as stated on box. I will go back to the fisho parked outside though.

A good shop, great value for money. Good seasonal local produce. They don't sell rubbish but good produce for a reasonable cost. We constantly travel 30 minutes to this shop for the value.

Most helpful, good quality products and good value. The service is generally good as well. The personnel at the check-out are friendly and helpful and generally greet you either with a smile or a hello.

They always have a huge variety of fresh fruit & vegetables at very reasonable prices, no only are they cheaper than the supermarket, I've found the produce is a lot fresher, if you cant find what you're looking for the staff are more than happy to help you.
