Tenterfield bakery

Came here for breakfast on a trip to inverell yesterday.
Shop is a little dark,nice and clean,helpful girl who served us tho not much to choose from at 9 am about 4 flavours
Ordered a potato pie and bbq meat lovers which is different.
Table and chairs inside to sit and eat but we had to keep driving soon so went out to car,st parking if you can find it
My first bite was tasty inside,couldnt distinguish what meat was used but tasted like pizza a little and bbq sauce. Top was burnt,pastry was harder than pies ive had other places and pie was thinner too,hubby had potato and a 10c size dob on top and some watery thin potato under the crust. .cakes looked nice place is clean but wont give it another try on a trip down. Nothing to impress us. Dissapointing on a long drive and threw part of the pie out it was too hard and salty for me
