Quite a nice outdoor dining area with great views. It can get a bit crowded during the holidays. Wine tastings available, they have a great variety of wines however none of them is my favourite. It was an enjoyable experience overall.

Felt a little awkward tasting since it was on-request compared to the other venues on the tour, which trotted out all they had. However, the recommendations for sweeter wine were not bad, and we were very tempted by the Gewurztraminer. Only thing was being a wine newbie, I tried asking some probably-stupid questions and got a few blank looks. XD Oh well. Nice, sophisticated venue.
A very large and formal venue with a cheesery, wine tastings, a burger bar and a few restaurants (including Thai and Japanese). The view is absolutely stunning. I was hoping for a more intimate experience so we did not stay long at this particular winery but it was very beautiful.
On our recent trip to the hunter valley we stopped at tempus two winery. it is such a lovely place to stop such beautiful buildings and surrounds. the wine we tasted was good one of the best from that weekend. would recommend to go to this winery
I attended a private function and wine tasting at Tempus Two. The wines were good - I particularly enjoyed the Shiraz. Very formal venue - excellent surroundings and scenery - staff polite.
If you go to the Vineyards in the Hunter Valley be sure to visit this one. This is a modern, beautiful winery with superb wine.
