I was very pleased with the guidance received from Templeton Family Funerals after the deaths of my parents this year.

They both requested direct cremation, and although I hadn't actually realised that would mean there was not going to be a funeral, in the end I feel it was a good choice for my 90 year old parents, as I have been able to meet people and commemorate Mum and Dad in different ways.

Very compassionate, go out of their way to accommodate every request. Caring and understanding. Would highly recommend them.

We chose Templeton because my late wife would have been content with Ladies taking care of her. From the start to the finish and later as well Templeton were caring, understanding and fully supportive of our needs and thoughts. Our 93 years old dear mother passed away in November (fortunately having not had a death in the close family during my life time) I had no idea as to what we needed to do and what steps to take!
So per usual I searched the internet and spoke to 5 different Funeral Directories and right from the start Hayley came across as open, honest and upfront with all issues and questions including the costs involved.
With her "Nothing is too hard" attitude she made the whole process so very smooth and easy for a novice like me!
I highly recommend this organization as service like that is hard to find.
