At Temple, it is a unique menu of ‘refined comfort food, which includes hearty main courses and moreish bar snacks, sweet soy ribs with sour plum jam, slow-cooked lamb shoulder steeped in spent grain (the same that’s used to make the company’s beer), and the infamous Midnight Burger wagyu beef sandwiched between a black charcoal brioche bun, served with all the trimmings, and a definite contender for the title of best burger in Melbourne.

Their brewery tours offer you the chance to get up close and personal with the process, and their staff are clearly experts at what they do.
