I have been with Telstra for over 20 years and i would like to share some of my customer experiences i had with Adam, Le and Brandon from your Eden Rise store in Berwick. Adam was very kind, attentive and easy to talk to. He has a nice tone of a friendly voice that puts you to ease when asking questions. He was a great help in addressing my situation. Le and Brandon also has helped me and they too are easy to get along in asking questions and explaining things. Please acknowledge all of them for the excellent work they do in representing your store and Telstra. I had a pleasant experience i had in your store in Berwick. Great professional service from Adam in activating my new phone and transferring data from old phone also all covid complient procedures in place very happy indeed
Much more helpful and friendly than when I went to the Fountain Gate store. I saw Bianca who has sorted out my problems. Will go there in future.
