This is only a licensed Telstra store - they do not have any tech support - went to see about getting updates on my phone but with no Wi-Fi at home, not used to doing this - told if I don't know how to do it, just don't bother. You probably don't need to update. Where is the interest, service, show you how to do it?
Have been to this store before with less than satisfactory results - they are just there to sell phones, accessories & plans
