Attended the TELSTRA shop in PAKENHAM today to purchase a new mobile.The staff were extremely helpful even though the store was fairly busy.We were completely HAPPY with the experience.
poor customer service, staff knew less about their services than I did, no knowledge of phones just released, couldnt help with billing - typical of telstra.
