After 15 plus years with Telstra mobile phones, and now onto our 4 or 5th two year contracts] I am absolutely disgusted with the staff at Morayfield. We have 2 phones on a contract which has around 6 months to go. One of the handsets broke, not from dropping. The staff quickly agreed to replace the phone.
We had to go back 4 days after we were promised a call and check if the replacement phone had arrived. To our surprise "it had just " arrived. BullS..t !! They must think we are dumb. In past experiences we have had the data transferred to the new phone in the store. But today.. sorry all our computers are broken and we cannot do it for you. Solution, go home and figure out how to transfer the data onto our computer, save it, then come back and we will give you the phone. Again BullS..t !!! As if every computer in the store was broken. Next my wife drives back to the shop, and an equally disinterested staff member gives her the phone, no box with it, no instructions with it, no recharge cord with it. However, they did have the ability to transfer contact data to the new phone ( new is debatable ..probably a repaired second hand phone, not even the same brand )
While still on a gripe with Telstra Shop, when we went to them for the current contract, we asked for Apple phones, and were told , not to get them as they were no good, too many problems. Found out later it is because Telstra does make much money out of selling Apple phones, so lets put misinformation down as a skill if you want to work for Telstra.

NEVER AGAIN will TELSTRA get our business, they make you feel like an idiot if you are NOT 20 years old and really into computers too.

Always the worst experience of any shop, it is just that this time, we have simply had enough. Do not support them ever.

These guy were extremely helpful haven't been able to send sms off my mobile only allowed me to send man this morning it took them not even 2 seconds to fix it thanks telstra
