Have used on and off over the years. For some things they are cheap and for others they are ridiculous. Their freight is also ok. Recommend.

Not recommended, scammers the proof is there, if your reading this then you have seen it, yes there are a couple of good reviews that's probably from staff of owner they can get desperate they have to pay for the nice looking website that catchers your eye, I was going to say use PayPal or some way you can get money back but just don't gamble your hard earned money on this, cancelled my order, no stock , no money back yet, then hung up in me when made an enquiry, 100% scammers

I would ABSOLUTELY not recommned this company. They are happy to take your money and NOT clearly state the produst is unavailable with no end sight of getting the product in. After I ordered and paid for my printer and cartridges (another website...they have been dispatched already). I get an email hours after teh order went through to say no stock!! When I phoned all they could do was blame thier initial lack of clear communication on COVID. COVID is not responsible for CLEAR communication upfront to consumers

Absolutely terrible customer service.
I ordered a CPU through their website only to email me saying they could not get. Aside from the issue of if you don't have and can't get just remove it from your webstore, when I asked for a refund they just stopped answering emails. Its been a week with no reply so I had to go to Paypal and my bank.
I will never use them again and would never direct a friend their way.

prices can sometimes be more expensive than other outlets, but the service and support is excellent. they know what they're selling, and are always offering support in any way they can.

I think their prices are actually quite good from the items I've got. Their quality is good.

Even though they weren't the cheapest, I chose to buy a hard drive from tech-buy because they looked they would offer better service. And I was right.

The hard drive arrived and worked perfectly but there was a yellow sticky substance inside the slip-on case, making it unusable. At first their service department wanted me to return the whole package. However I didn't want to do this since the postage would cost about the same as a new case off eBay, plus I would have to stop using the device for a while.

I suggested that we save everyone time and money by accepting a $10 refund instead (the price of a new case). Rather than blinding following a returns policy, they agreed to refund the $10. This common sense approach to resolving the problem was a breath of fresh air after some of my past dealings with large companies.

Easy to order computers and computer accessories. I've bought several items from them, they are very reasonably priced and postage is fast. The service and products are reliable.
