I called Hotmail support to ask why I could only set up my contacts if they were on Messenger as well and to ask how I could import Hotmail e-mails to Outlook Express. I was on hold, so I put it on speaker, when answered I did not get the persons name, so I asked and the response was in a very downgrading voice. When I asked about Outlook he told me I would have to pay to talk to a Tech!!! So I asked if he could help me with adding contacts, he said "No, you would have to talk to a Tech. This is from Hotmail e-mail support!!!!! I ask, Where's the support????
