Fast and efficient at organising a housecall to look at our damp problem. David arrived on time and was polite and friendly. We had been bracing ourselves for a big problem, having an old character home, but David assured us it wasn't a rising damp problem but rather a leaking gutter problem. He offered ideas on how to resolve and rectify the issues it had caused in the house. He also checked another area of the house where we suspected damp. Again, on checking it, it wasn't rising damp but a small crack in the masonry and David was able to reassure us that moisture was no longer getting in. Although we didn't have to use Tech-Dry's services in the end, we were very impressed with the professionalism and assistance shown during the visit.
