Tax Relief

I would not recommend John to manage your tax affairs as he has very limited knowledge especially business owners. He was slow to reply to our emails and text messages and calls. When we provided him with our receipts and documentation it took him months end to have it completed. Very disorganised and very basic returns. For both my partner and I income tax returns, it was already prefilled by the ATO and all he did was confirmed to us what was already display and click submit. We might as well just have done it ourselves if that was the case. For 4 years we never got much of our returns back especially properties or in business. He just didnt have the knowledge and had very basic accounting knowledge I could have just googled myself. Last year when we tried and called him chasing up our paperwork, he stopped replying and we had to switch accountants. Only see him if you have basic requirements. Anything complicated and it takes him too long to complete.
