unreal happy staff and a great sized store.staff was helpful in helping me to find an item i was after.lots of bargains.love their range of clothing and their home decor.
The casual staff were amazing on the weekend, however there was one in particular that stood out. I think his name was Daniel. He was in the Homewares department last Saturday. He helped me find everything I need. He also taught me how to properly fold a bath towel and a bath sheet (as to my surprise you do not use the same technique!). This information has changed my life dramatically as before I would simply crumple up the towels and throw them on the floor. My house was a mess and people would often trip over these towels and seriously injure themselves. One accident was fatal. Thanks to Daniel's great customer service he has helped me prevent future accidents and he has saved lives.
Daniel from Homewares in Target Shellharbour is a Hero! And I don't use that word lightly
I bought a Sunbeam juicer at Target Shellharbour, and when I got it home I found the spout and the manual were missing. I could see that the box had been opened, but they had no more stock other than the one on display. I phoned Target and they checked the display model but said the spout was also missing from that one, and I was advised I could get a refund or wait for more stock to come in, and when I took the juicer back they said I could hang on to it and they would get the missing components sent to me direct from Sunbeam.
It appears that Sunbeam gave them the run around, so somebody from Target procured a juicer from another of their stores and mailed me the missing items.
The staff I have dealt with displayed excellent customer service.
Target is a well known store obviously but the one in Shellharbour has good value products although their service can sometimes lack!
A good reception at the entrance. All specials in the catalogues were easy to find. Appreciate that you can price check items easily with surprising results. One drawback had to pay for a carry bag.
Well set out shop. Staff always seem to be willing to assist when needed. Prices are reasonable for good quality products. Keep in mind that they charge for bags.
Love shopping @ Target, even my 3 year old loves to go there. Love the kids clothing styles and prices and best of all when they have their huge sales! My kids love the toy section and I don't mind buying them something there cos the prices are good.
Target is a fantastic department store that provide variety and value for money. Whether it be in clothing. shoes, toys, books, or home wares. I would recommend target to anyone looking for value for money
a great shop to shop. They always have the latest items. I buy alot of makeup,perfumes etc from this store. Cheaper than most shops i shop in. Nice clothing as they seem to last from Target.

I always head for Target even if it's not on my "To Do Shopping List". I like the way they co ordination their displays. The lay out of the shop is easy to get around and find what you are looking for.
i needed new winter clothes and i found great winter specials that were at this store especially buy one get another half price deals great idea i was able to get some good bargains!!!
