Tailrace cafe

The cafe itself is warm and inviting, especially during these chilly winter months, the staff friendly but sadly the food and wait times were no as expected. The queue waiting to have your order taken was 15 people or more deep and took forever to move, it was clear at this stage they were under staffed. After ordering we were served raw wedges (they were hot to touch but raw in the middle) when explaining to a young girl her remark was "we do chips really well, wedges not so much" after getting a new batch they were also raw in the middle. I won't be rushing back again
