Synergy stopped our bill when it was clear there was an issue with the meter read.

not bad, as expected. easy connection. provides internet service also which i found to be quite useful.
I think everyone who works here needs a holiday! Bad service with conflicting advice. They do not return calls and are slow to activate anything. I found the staff unwilling to help and rushed off the phone.
Had a problem paying my Synergy bill, so telephoned the Synergy help line and spoke to their very friendly staff and was put onto a bill smoothing program and have never had a problem paying my account again.
