Contacted to perform our move of household contents to new address on 20 October. Accepted offer on Team Spreets for 2 hours at cost of $75. However, the move took 8 hours 10 minutes. We packed boxes systematically so items would not move but told boxes too heavy. I would not recommend their service as it was 8 hours of complaints from the 2 men. We helped as much as possible and ended up moving a lot of heavy items ourselves. Part of the offer was a bottle of wine. We never received this part of the offer. The hourly rate after the initial 2 hours was very high compared to other removal companies.
