Sydney Property Management had tenants in my rental within the fortnight. They were very helpful for this first time landlord and kept everything easily manageable and organised with the 5% flat rate.

Catherine is awesome at her job. Professional, always available, know what she is doing and did a fantastic work for us. She got the property leases in a day (yet to start) and from what I have seen so far, she is thorough in her work. Highly recommended.
