I could not be happier with my experience with Scott and Jessika from SWM Electrical. I have used them multiple times for my kitchen renovation and have been delighted with every single interaction. Jessika, the manager, has been consistently prompt and informative with all communication, even going above and beyond to recommend suppliers and other tradespeople that are known and trusted by SWM (all of which I have had excellent experiences with too!). Scott, the electrician, is punctual, reliable and informative. He ensures that I have an understanding of not only the work he is doing but why he is doing it, and he has been extremely helpful in providing advice regarding all elements of electrical in the kitchen. He has an extremely professional and respectful manner, both when speaking to me and when speaking about other tradespeople, which is extremely refreshing and welcomed as I am often spoken down to as a woman by other tradies. All quoted works have been extremely competitively priced and, if at any point the work to be done has required a change in the quoted price, Scott has been clear about the additional cost before doing the work, and waited for my approval first.
