Very disappointing. Waited 1 hour for 1 adult meal & 3 kids meals. Meals were cold and kids drinks were served in paper cups as we were told they had run out of glasses. Tables were dirty, and staff did not have time to clean them. When we asked the staff why they were so busy, their response was that they are always understaffed. All the staff were very young and inexperienced.
