Be prepared that after 5 years, you'll be needing to spend big to repair the issues that arise from the poor build. Company has liquidated several times. Would recommeend highly against.

No complaints at all, great job completed early and under budget. Management and tradies fantastic.
Our project manager, Brendan, ran things extremely well and the phone calls and visits by Brendan after completion to make sure we were happy and everything was ok just added iceing to the cake.

Would not use this builder again. Customer service was terrible though the house seems to be ok. Stairs around outside of deck poorly built and very cheap. No advice or helpfull suggestions as to what you may need such as tap in water tank, tv antenna points etc. If you don't think of it no one will suggest you should give it some consideration.

Construction work is fine and time frame is fine. Office service is appalling. Rude and unreliable. Be careful for hidden fees. Not at all flexible.
