'Sven' conducted the massage in a very professional manner. He has a sound
knowledge of anatomy (I am also a qualified personal fitness trainer). I have had massages by more qualified people that have not been as good.

I do a reasonable amount of exercise myself and need to keep my training up most days, I explained this to 'Sven' and asked him to factor this in as I did not want the massage to be too hard as to affect my ability to train later the same day and the next. He understood this and I mentioned that it was firm enough to
get the best possible benefit from it without affecting my training. I found his manner to be courteous and friendly without being to chatty or intrusive, this is also a good trait to have as a massage therapist.

I would not hesitate to recommend him to my other fitness and non sporty friends.
