My 17 year old ASD son saw Dr Rough for the first time just last week (February 2023). Dr Rough is wonderfully professional and instantly helps her patients to feel comfortable. She explains carefully and doesn’t rush the appointment. She is very thorough and efficient with follow ups and any forms or paper work that needs to be completed. I mentioned about my son’s pyrroles and she was in the know about this disorder. Other doctors in the past had no idea. She also examined my son which l thought was great. My son’s last paediatrician did not do this. Dr Rough takes a wholistic approach and this was evident from the questionnaire that l had to fill out.

We have been seeing Dr Rough since mid last year for my son. She has been great in referring us to specialists for additional assessments, and has been very thorough and caring in her approach.
There is a small toy box in the waiting room which makes the waiting time easier.
Dr Rough is different in that she is much more holistic and integrative than other paediatricians we have seen, which we really appreciate.
