Supreme Duct Cleaning & Garden Maintenance

I brought in this company to clean and sanitise the duct system as well as replacing two flex duct pipes that I knew had holes.
I went into the ceiling a few days later and noticed holes in the flex duct as I entered the ceiling space. Two ducts leading to 2 rooms were replaced however 2 holes that can be seen when entering the roof space weren't mentioned. I asked to be notified of any extra holes so I could pay for them to be replaced. I wasn't notified and now I will need to get another company out and replace these ducts. Adam has offered to return to do more work however I have declined.

Adam was punctual, cheap, friendly and professional. My only issue is that the service provided was not much more than I could have done myself with a vacuum cleaner. I have had three different duct cleaners. The first was a disaster. The second was top notch bit a bit pricey. Adam was good but I will pay more for a bit more next time (eh someone that knows a bit more about the heater itself and can service it as part of the job)

None! No show and no phone call to explain. Even after three days of our follow up phone calls to reschedule - again no show. Have given up and gone elsewhere. Very disappointing given the previous great reviews.

Adam cleaned our heating and cooling ducts-he provided a good explanation of the process, and the standard of work was very good. The price was good compared to other quotes I had. He even threw in some free duct filters. Friendly and co-operative tradesman who I would recommend.

We got all our ducts cleaned(heating) Old house that hadn't had them cleaned for 20 yrs. Adam gave some advice and did a great job.

tip: i'd love is tradesmen would remind us if prices include gst or not. Sorry about the confusion. I'll make sure I ask next time.

Not sure what the going rate is on this type of service but the good reviews was why I picked this business for the job.

I had used Adam earlier in the year to clean our ducted heating and was so impressed with the service I asked him back to trim the trees that line our back fence. Our lawn was also in dire need of a mow so figured we'd get him to do that since he was coming out. Adam provides a refreshing change from most other tradies I speak to. He is friendly, approachable, honest and always goes above and beyond. Best of all he always gets back to you when he says he will! He and another team member spent 3.5 hours in the rain trimming back the trees and tidying up our entire lawn, all with a smile the whole time! My very particular husband was hugely impressed with the military neatness & thoroughness of the lawn mowing. We will definitely be getting him to come back for a regular garden clean up.

Very very happy with my duct cleaning. Called quite a few for quotes and Adam stood out for his knowledge, professional manner and value for money. He came same day and even waited very patiently when the power went out for 45 mins!

We recently purchased a 25 year old house, complete with 25 years of grime. We had both our evaporative and ducted heating ducts and gutters cleaned by Adam and he did a wonderful job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will certainly call on him again.

Adam is a very pleasant and friendly guy to deal with. Had ducts cleaned and filter sanitised. Adam went the extra mile to provide great customer service by calling his ducted heating specialist when we had problems getting the heating started (even though he didn't have to). Adam also checked for Co2 emissions and provided some great tips. Will be using Adam again.

These guys were great, They were VERY efficient and thourough and did a top job. I would recommend them to others.

Had ducts cleaned, as well as external heater cleaned. Had filters inserted (we've gone all these years without them... no wonder the house was a permanent dust bowl in winter!). Adam also checked the Co2 emissions and sanitized the vents. From the moment he arrived he did not stop, and he worked like a trooper. Adam was very personable and helpful, and it was an altogether pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to use his services again. I found him on WOMO and so far have been very pleased with the recommendations and services I have used from this site. Adams prices were very competitive and he offers more services. 11 out of 10 for such a great work ethic!!!

Adam cleaned my ducts today and just like others before me I would recommend him to anyone needing this kind of service. He also went out of his way when there was a hitch with my heating not working and rang another specialist to help assist with the repair. You really can't beat service like that. Had the gas ducted heating unit serviced as well as the ducts cleaned for the first time in 5 years.
Friendly service and gave good advice for future reference.

Adam, was punctual ,very friendly and would recommend Adam to who ever needs their ducts cleaned ;) I had a new filter on the in vent replaced, the unit was serviced , the ducts where cleaned as well . Adam was here for 2hrs because it had never been cleaned before . we are very happy now its done.

We had our gas ducts cleaned. Adam arrived on time, both operators took care of our new carpet and spent a lot of time getting 5 years of dust out of the ducts. The outside unit was cleaned and Adam pointed out a problem with how the unit was running. we knew there was a problem but not how bad. They also replaced a filter which had been left out of the unit after the last service by brivis. Am very impressed and will now not use anyone else.
