They sold us a dud. Cell died. Got a replacement. The replacement died. They took it for testing for 6 weeks No phone call nothing zero service. We had to buy a battery from repco. Because the service was that bad. They refused to refund or store credit and I’m out of pocket. Car was checked by auto electrician. Thier battery is to blame. The staff are also rude avoid . I had to quickly stop in and buy some plastic repair stuff today for my radiator and thought it would be a nightmare to find since hubby bought it the last time and it had changed since I was there last they recently revamped the store like new so its very clean and tidy and easy to find what your looking for I was in and out of there within 8 minutes and was served by a polite and bubbly staff member was pretty happy with the service I received and will be going back in the future when I ever I need something for my car

I shop here a lot for various parts and oils the staff are friendly and helpful , I purchased a Waco Fridge and the 12 volt lead was not working i took it in and they said it had a fuse n it , they replaced the fuse and it worked great .
Great auto shop even better now since the revamp great customer service too.
Been buying most of my stuff from these guys for quite a while quite helpfull but when it comes to getting help some of the guys dont know what they are doing
the place is tidy well presented and freindly staff easy to find product and they are all was willing to help out the customer so go try it not a bad bargain

There range of products is becoming quite dismal. The few staff there can't be located when needed. Supercheap used to be a quality store now I find it not worth visiting. They have very few sparkplugs, any many other items need to be ordered. It is not very good.
