Pay good attention to detail. On time, patiently explaining details all possible. Highly recommended.
Having this being my first building and pest inspection I wasn’t really familiar with the process. Mark suggested I attended with him and he was awesome! He explained everything he was doing to me in a way I could understand and highlighted some potential problems in a lot of depth. Not only was he a great guy but his prices were very competitive and the job was done perfectly. Would definitely recommend Mark at Super Inspect :)
Mark went out of his way to do a thorough building and pest on What ended up being 3 houses for me before I found my dream home. Had he not been so thorough I would’ve ended up with a dud home! Mark was also very well priced and reliable
Mark from SuperInspect was polite, punctual and extremely thorough. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and was helpful with advice and recommendations. His expertise helped me to make an informed decision on how to proceed with my purchase. I would highly recommend his services. Thank you Mark.
Excellent professional service, report received within 14 hrs of inspection.
Mark was very efficient in both his responses and work. Mark completed the job within a few days of the request and had good eye for detail. Mark went through everything with me as he went through the apartment and sent a detailed report the same day I would highly recommend Super Inspect
