I cannot begin to express how severely disappointed I am in this centre. The staff are excellent (although that's likely to change as they are totally unable to retain staff), however the management were incredibly rude and dismissive of parental concerns. They invited retirees to come and 'play' with the children and when asked if they held blue cards or had background checks, I was told they were 'nursing home people and management had no problem with it'. I would not recommend this childcare to anyone who cares for their children. In three years there were five changes to the centre manager and a 99% turnover of staff - truly upsetting when at the young ages children need some stability. In one year alone they had over 17 staff quit.
