Over the past 17 years of taking our " BEST EVER FARM DOG"...... Jet, for the various checkups and problems we encountered, the staff had always been GREAT. Sadly a few weeks ago we had to put our best boy asleep. Vet Samantha, and Nurse Teags came to our place, and were so caring and professional, they made one of the hardest things our family have ever had to do............that tiny bit easier............THANK YOU BOTH

Today being my first time here at All Creatures, my kitten Milo went to his first appointment kitten check up and vaccination, the service was a great experience, vet sarah was great, she gave a little gift she is really caring, receptionist was friendly, thank you soo much and Merry Christmas

Once again we were blown away by the love and care shown to our precious fur baby Angel at Sunbury All Creatures Veterinary Clinic. Angel had gone in to have a lump removed, but while preparing her for that surgery Dr Cate W & the nursing staff noticed another growth in an entirely different area, and contacted us to recommend it be removed during the original procedure. Had it not been for her & the nursing staffs diligence while preparing Angel, she would have eventually had to have gone through more surgery later on. Their care and concern not only saved Angel from having to have more surgery in the near future, but also saved us the cost of that extra surgery, therefore proving that their concern for her welfare meant much more to them, than more $$ a bit further down the line. There just aren't enough words to thank them for the love and ongoing dedication they show to all their patients. We are truly blessed to have such an amazing Clinic in Sunbury. Thankfully Angel is now tucked up in bed sleeping off her eventful day. Thank you so much to all the Team

Exceptionally friendly reception staff. Both fur babies that I bring her for treatment have been very well treated and I have always been given exceedingly great advice, both pre op and post op.

Excellent clinic with very capable and caring staff. Always provide support and flexibility during emergencies. Having 3 dogs, 1 cat and 3 horses I have been to various vets with my small animals and wouldnt go past David and his team to date.

The staff at All Creatures are great. Particularly appreciated David Brown's assistance during a very difficult time. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I moved back to Victoria (Sunbury) in 2008 my German Shepherds, Charlie and Muska, have been cared for since then by David and his amazing staff. They don't just fix the problem, they search for the cause. A while ago Muska, almost 8 yrs old, severely damaged her ACL. David and crew repaired it and now she is fine. Charlie, 11 plus yrs old, a few months ago injured his spine and lost the use of his back legs. Amazing diagnostic work and the right drugs and advice Charlie is walking again. Just a few weeks ago Charlie got a severe dose of pneumonia, so bad was it that we expected him to die within the first 24 hours. Never under-estimate the ability or the loving care given by all at Sunbury All Creatures. They feel the pain of your pet and they know the anguish you carry. After an appointment or treatment my doctor never phones to see if I am ok, David,Louisa and Leah do, they don't just say they care, they show you that they really do care. I commend them to you highly.

I travel an hour each way to see Louisa the vet, she is absolutely wonderful with my dogs, is kind and gentle, knows your dogs names and treats them as individuals, highly recommended.
Tania the vet nurse is also friendly, personable and says hello to your pets. Thanks so much.

So glad I have moved to Sunbury and been able to become a client of this clinic. Everyone I have met is very friendly and genuinely caring for your pets' health, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other vets I have used over the years. A gem of a clinic, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, 5 stars!

Wonderful service for not only my animal patient, but David & his team take wonderful care of human patients during really stressful times.

Every staff member of the clinic are caring and I would not take my dog any where else. They understand that my dog is an important part of my family and as such go out of their way to treat her the same. David is one of the most patient vets I have ever met and treats me with respect no matter what silly question I ask.

My Labrador dog Chloe who is 12 years old loves Dr. Louisa she sees her every month for her Arthritic condition and is given every good care and attention and is doing very well.In fact everbody at the Clinic are lovely and caring.And I thoroughly recommend it.

Sunbury All Creatures provides our 3 dogs with fantastic care, with each visit. They offer great advice on caring for your pets. Recently, I thought I would have to send my eldest poochie friend to 'the farm', which was very distressing. However, Leah provided vet care that got my pooch through it. Then followed up with a phone call the next day. Great, personalised service.

Lovely vet Dave who is the owner as well, very very caring and good with our 2 cats and labrador. The staff are very helpful and informative too, they make the time to help, where some places dont.

Found the service in the clinic to be top quality. the staff and friendly, kind and understanding. They make you feel confortable when you need to take a pet there, even if it is a serious illness

I have taken my dog here a few times for different things, and like the other ratings, the staff and Vets are very friendly and you and your animal feel comfortable. My dog has had consults with 2 different Vets there, and they both spend the time to examine and then explain to you what's going on and your options. For my dogs arthritis, I could either do $300 of x-rays, try a course of injections, anti-inflammatory med's or a joint supplement powder. I tried the injections (didn't do much) and i am now trying the powder with the anti-inflam med's. Their consult fee is less than other Vets in town and for the injections, i was not charged a consult fee but the Vet still spent time talking and feeling my dogs leg. Other items i have quoted against other Vets has also been a bit cheaper.

Took my 2 dogs and cat for their vaccinations and got a discount so definately happy with that, the vet I saw was really great too, easy to talk to and relaxed with the dogs. I went back again with a broken toenail, saw a different vet and was suprised with cost I though was a bit high $25 bandaging fee on top of consultation fee and cost of tablets. I could have bandaged it myself for a lot less than $25! Will go back for vaccinations though

Finding a good vet for my dog, to me, is like finding a good doctor for myself. My german shepherd suffers from skin allergies and has done now for 4 years. I have tried many treatments, both home remedies and vet prescribed remedies, without success. Monthly trips to the vet for cortisone injections, my arms piled up with all the supposed "best" things for him was costing me on average $300 per month. And he just kept getting worse.

The Sunbury All Creatures Vet opened up last year and I thought, well, I'll give them a try and see if they can help. The vet I saw was the FIRST vet to actually lay his hands on my dog. Others just looked and "clucked" and started prescribing. The vet spent 40 minutes with my dog, checking him out, and giving me options based on cost and time involved.

We both worked out a plan, he provided me with information and guidance. He treated my dog's condition as a personal condition.

I was extremely impressed with this new business, and so was my dog, he's now on his way to recovery,growing his hair back again and feeling like a new dog!
