Sugar Cube

We went here with the kids for the waffles, and my dose of morning coffee. The kids had milkshakes with their waffles and they were happy with the indulgent breakfast they got. Our orders were taken quickly, the staff were friendly, the pricing was fair and the food was served in a timely manner. We all were happy with the experience. A delicious meal/dessert !! One could indulge in a lot of sweets of their menu, it is full of temptation.

Love this place. They even make Rice Milk hot chocolates for me, but you have to ask, I don't think it's on the order board. So fantastic - but can be very busy.

The sugar cube is a lovely family friendly cafe. They have the BEST waffles, cakes, coffee and pastries. We had waffles with toffee sauce and fresh strawberries. So good! They also have really good milkshakes and frappes. And a bonus if you care about the environment is they only use biodegradable packaging for take out! The food is superb though and always fresh fruit and the waffles are made to order. Not reheated!

Wow! This place is dessert perfection. The best waffles in the Illawarra. Topped with syrup, fresh fruit, chocolate, cream, ice cream the list is endless.... They even do savoury waffles now. Sugar cube recently moved into a small shop on crown street which has a funky, fresh feel very retro. A little tough to find parking though. It does get busy on weekend evenings but service is pretty quick and staff are very friendly. You won't be disappointed.

This place is great! They cook the waffles fresh to order and they use real chocolate and nice toppings on their waffles. Big serving, enough to share. Good range of drinks and stuff too... and very friendly staff.
