Days passed, I called, left a message. No reply, called again and left a message. After calling more than a dozen times over 3 weeks with no reply I gave up. Disgraceful customer service, not even a courtesy text or return call. Hate to think what would happen if you had a warranty claim.

We ended up hiring a local painter to complete the job which was 6 days of painting.

Approximate cost: $4500

We were introduced to Rodney from Suedes 'n' Shades Painting and Decorating through Angela Cosgrove of Creative Elegance Interiors Pty Ltd to quote on the exterior painting of our weatherboard home. We have now completed this work and congratulate ourselves on selecting Rodney to carry out the painting of our home. The result looks fantastic. Rodney is not just a "putter on of the paint", he is also a very thoughtful craftsman that takes alot of care and effort in his work, particularly to highlight features of the house for maximum effect. Rodney would leave at night and often return the next morning with suggestions on hiow to improve the look of something he had been mulling over the previous day, and it always improved the job and never affected the initial quote. We really appreciated this advice as it gave us a far superior visual outcome than what we originally expected!

Aside from the painting, Rod is a very interesting person and we enjoyed having him around to talk to at coffee time. We put our trust in Rod and in return he did an excellent job on our home.

Rodney was very professional, punctual & precise with his work. He was also very reliable.

I have been extremely happy with the painting that Rod has done at my place. Knowing the colour scheme that I wanted, he was able to suggest a suitable colour which really complements the woodwork. The feature wall that houses the fireplace is effective. Rod also brought the deck to life, washing away the grime and then oiling it so the woodwork was enhanced. Rod was reliable, knowledgeable and efficient.
