This business is horrific. Ordered a salad and a 6 inch. The woman who serves me put halopenos inside when I asked for pickles. Who Tf doesn’t know the difference? As I was ordering, little miss ditsy used gloves that she’d just touched the inside of the bin to move it, she heated my chicken and put it at the bottom of the bowl and served someone else so by the time I actually got to the salad my chicken was cold and dry because it didn’t get any contact with the sauce. I asked for extra lettuce and she gave me 4 strands more. I asked for only a little bit of pickles she grabbed a fist full of halopenos and put them in, and then when I corrected her she only took some out. Then she grabs another fistful of pickles when I asked for a small amount. When I asked for my sauce, she gave me the tiniest amount that only covered my pickles because there was rhat much in the bowl, so everything else felt as dry as the Sahara desert. Then, as I’m ordering my 6 inch, she’s off in her own little world, as I’m ordering she walks away from me to serve other people. Completely unprofessional. The food is barely edible and the service is horrific. She was a trainee, and I know someone qualified was in the back, on their phone no doubt and Leaving her to fend for herself. When she went off, she was also just printing receipts and hanging them up, leaving my chicken to get cold for no reason. Could that not have just been done after I was properly served?
